Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
